Tutorial on implementing the new Maps Ad Unit

Google has announced a new feature for the popular mapping service Google Maps today in the form of an ad module.
The Maps Ad Unit, as it is called, can be integrated into your existing Google Maps API implementation.The Maps Ad Unit is an optional feature that geo developers and others who use Google Maps on their sites can use to generate revenue. The ads appear inside the area where the map is rendered in a position you can specify. The ads are aware of the map's current location and change according to the user's movements.

Let's see how you can implement this new feature.
You must have an AdSense account, obviously, which you will have to link with the Maps Ad Unit, and AdSense for Content must be enabled for that account but the rest is pretty straightforward.
You need to create a GadsManager of style “adunit.” Then you will need to specify your AdSense for Content (AFC) publisher ID (you will have to have one) to the GadsManager constructor. If you have an AdSense for Content channel set up you can optionally specify that too.
Here is the code that creates a Maps Ad Unit with the publisher ID and AdSense for Content already known.

If you're reading my real story about make money blogging throught Cafeflashvn a blog's Yousaytoo.com,that i already shows you how i get cash rewarded,win their monthly contest and earns high cpm from adsense revenue sharing .I remarks that's REAL story with all facts posted in the past ,but now !

After a few year blogging as a member of yousaytoo.com, I'm stopping my blog Cafeflashvn-Yousaytoo-community because on this year ( Jan-April-2009) i don't receive any earning from many blog submit to Yousaytoo community.It's YST has some trouble ? and how they works with RSS ? (don't shows any rss feed of member posts or blog linked).

Early Beta Data From Microsoft AdSense Competitor Encouraging

We are getting reports that Microsoft’s PubCenter, a self serve thirty party ad publishers platform through AdCenter, is doing quite well with beta testers. Microsoft began testing PubCenter last summer.

One beta tester we spoke with said PubCenter is paying significantly more than Google AdSense and Yahoo Publisher. All three of these programs let third party publishers add contextual ads next to their content via a self-service format.

Google has dominated this space in the past (and all other contextual advertising) because it offers publishers higher fees for ads.But this might change when Microsoft unveils PubCenter to the greater publisher community, particularly if Microsoft is aggressive in revenue splits to gain market share.

Currently, PubCenter is being tested by a small subset of web publishers. Our tipster says that he receiving from four times more in revenue Microsoft than Google AdSense. And the money isn’t the only advantage PubCenter has over AdSense. The advertisement themselves are are higher quality than Google’s ads, he says, and equally as targeted towards the content. He says that Microsoft seems to be more stringent about letting advertisers into the program, versus what seemed like an advertiser free-for-all though Google’s AdSense. Of course, with a smaller inventory of advertisers, it’s tougher to provide contextual ads for obscure content.

We also heard that Microsoft is allowing publishers to get creative with ads by allowing them to set background images. Google AdSense only allows publishers to change the color of the ads.

Microsoft is allowing test partners to publish Google ads on their site as long as the publisher doesn’t have an exclusivity agreement with Google. Third party ads are a controversial concept, since advertisers expect the click throughs and conversions that they get from search. Google has been sued for fraud because ads placed on parked pages weren’t producing results. But if Microsoft is offering a better program, with nifty, more targeted ads, then publishers and advertisers alike might make the switch (or use both, if possible).

Microsoft recently enlisted digital media executives, including execs from IAC, Wall Street Journal Digital Network, The New York Times Co., Time Inc. and Viacom Inc. to consult on next-generation advertising platform.

Microsoft said this about PubCenter in February:

PubCenter will be built on the existing adCenter Publisher architecture that is currently in beta and will include the convergence of technologies and tools provided by the former Atlas and Rapt solutions, as well as a self-serve offering. The new platform will provide innovative forecasting and order management solutions, advanced analytics tools, and enhanced targeting functionality to enable all digital media publishers to have access to the tools and technology they need to provide valuable and relevant ad content to their advertising partners.

But i would like to write this short post for an easy and fast answer to our friend ( may be newbie-i love them because i already did same as on beginning).

I write this post for answering to my friend online (in many other countries) that would like to know how to complete a Zlio Shop with AdSense implement. Knowing about some difficult on using English to browse your needs ,i will make this post guide so easy ( add visual guide with screenshots) for eveyone in adsense newbies can get my guide.

Today, as added functionality, Zlio users can also add Google ads to their shops. Very much like what we currently offer via Blogger, users can pick shop templates that already include AdSense ad units without ever having to dig into the HTML code of their shop. We hope that this new API will help bring AdSense to existing Zlio users, and also that current AdSense publishers will try Zlio as a way to increase their current AdSense revenue.
The screenshot above shows an example of a shop offering scuba diving items -- you might notice that two AdSense ad units and one link unit have been placed on the page. From a revenue perspective, 60% of all the revenue generated from AdSense will go to the shopowner.
If you wish to create your own shop and associate it with your current AdSense account, you can visit Zlio.com and follow these steps:

1. Select a general template for your shop.
2. Create your own shop by choosing among the available products.
3. Once you have selected products, go to My Zlio Shop > Revenue Model > AdSense for my shop.
4. If you aren't an AdSense publisher yet, you can apply for an account through Zlio. If you already have an AdSense account, enter your AdSense e-mail address and your current zip code.
5. Log into AdSense and grant access to Zlio to use your publisher ID by clicking on My Account > Account Access.
6. Go back to your ZlioShop, where you'll be able to view your products and relevant Google Ads.

YOUR MUCH IMPORTANT STEP TO GET STARTING.

After the "Add products" step ,go to Modules "explore modules'.

What is PageRank?

PageRank is a numeric value that represents how important a page is on the web. Google figures that when one page links to another page, it is effectively casting a vote for the other page. The more votes that are cast for a page, the more important the page must be.
Also, the importance of the page that is casting the vote determines how important the vote itself is. Google calculates a page's importance from the votes cast for it. How important each vote is taken into account when a page's PageRank is calculated.
PageRank is Google's way of deciding a page's importance. It matters because it is one of the factors that determines a page's ranking in the search results. It isn't the only factor that Google uses to rank pages, but it is an important one.
From here on in, we'll occasionally refer to PageRank as "PR".
Notes:
Not all links are counted by Google. For instance, they filter out links from known link farms. Some links can cause a site to be penalized by Google. They rightly figure that webmasters cannot control which sites link to their sites, but they can control which sites they link out to. For this reason, links into a site cannot harm the site, but links from a site can be harmful if they link to penalized sites. So be careful which sites you link to. If a site has PR0, it is usually a penalty, and it would be unwise to link to it.

How is PageRank calculated?

To calculate the PageRank for a page, all of its inbound links are taken into account. These are links from within the site and links from outside the site.
PR(A) = (1-d) + d(PR(t1)/C(t1) + ... + PR(tn)/C(tn))
That's the equation that calculates a page's PageRank. It's the original one that was published when PageRank was being developed, and it is probable that Google uses a variation of it but they aren't telling us what it is. It doesn't matter though, as this equation is good enough.
In the equation 't1 - tn' are pages linking to page A, 'C' is the number of outbound links that a page has and 'd' is a damping factor, usually set to 0.85.
We can think of it in a simpler way:-
a page's PageRank = 0.15 + 0.85 * (a "share" of the PageRank of every page that links to it)
"share" = the linking page's PageRank divided by the number of outbound links on the page.
A page "votes" an amount of PageRank onto each page that it links to. The amount of PageRank that it has to vote with is a little less than its own PageRank value (its own value * 0.85). This value is shared equally between all the pages that it links to.
From this, we could conclude that a link from a page with PR4 and 5 outbound links is worthmore than a link from a page with PR8 and 100 outbound links.
The PageRank of a page that links to yours is important but the number of links on that page is also important. The more links there are on a page, the less PageRank value your page will receive from it.
If the PageRank value differences between PR1, PR2,.....PR10 were equal then that conclusion would hold up, but many people believe that the values between PR1 and PR10 (the maximum) are set on a logarithmic scale, and there is very good reason for believing it. Nobody outside Google knows for sure one way or the other, but the chances are high that the scale is logarithmic, or similar. If so, it means that it takes a lot more additional PageRank for a page to move up to the next PageRank level that it did to move up from the previous PageRank level. The result is that it reverses the previous conclusion, so that a link from a PR8 page that has lots of outbound links is worth more than a link from a PR4 page that has only a few outbound links.
Whichever scale Google uses, we can be sure of one thing. A our site's link from another site increasesPageRank. Just remember to avoid links from link farms.
Note that when a page votes its PageRank value to other pages, its own PageRank is not reduced by the value that it is voting. The page doing the voting doesn't give away its PageRank and end up with nothing. It isn't a transfer of PageRank. It is simply a vote according to the page's PageRank value. It's like a shareholders meeting where each shareholder votes according to the number of shares held, but the shares themselves aren't given away .(by Phil Craven)

ReadWriteWeb has discovered the existence of a stealth Google project, called DreamAds. It is a very ambitious project, topping even the wireless balloons which Google is also looking into. Essentially DreamAds is Google's latest plan to extend AdSense - this time into our dreams. It may sound far-fetched, but an inside source at Google told us that it is very possible thanks to the latest in cheap magnetic resonance scanning and mind-reading techniques developed at Stanford University. Our source also revealed the thinking behind DreamAds: Google is aiming to become the first company to monetize a totally wasted period of time in human life: sleep, which takes up almost 1/3 of our lives.

We discovered a reference to the DreamAds project via a piece of commented-out code on a hidden Google webpage that an alert reader sent us. We followed up with our inside sources at Google and it turns out that this project is real! We even have an exclusive concept design of the new product (see below).

How It Works

DreamAds appear only during your REM sleep, as a footer overlay to your dream. According to scientists, things that we see during our sleep are up to 10 times more influential than the things that we see in our real life. And this is exactly what makes DreamAds a potential cash-cow for Google.
DreamAds works with a very light apparel that you put on your head. It is said to be so light that you won't even feel it and so it won't disturb your sleep in any way. The apparel will be distributed for free, starting with a beta rollout in San Francisco - dates as yet unknown. Here is a concept drawing of the device, which we got from our Google source:

On the business model, we were told us that the ultimate goal is a CPA model (Cost Per Action), whereby ads are embedded into dreams so that users can 'action' them. However the current technology isn't that sophisticated. So in the first version of DreamAds, Google will start with a 'Cost Per Impression' based ad model.
Conclusion
This is an intriguing product that has the potential to take Adsense to the next level. Google will probably be able to make around $500 per DreamAds apparel user. And with the upcoming CPA version, the high relevancy could increase Google's revenues to $5,000 per person. Think about that: $5,000 * 1 billion users means an unparalleled distribution model for advertisers and a gigantic revenue source for Google.

Our source didn't confirm this, but we've heard a rumor that Google has already started a private beta program with a limited number of trusted testers in the Mountain View area. If the webmaster don’t cheat : we must be seeing many variable adsense ID with pub-xxx code on many page of the site follows their content post-page. ( of all members/authors) It’s good,at articlesrevenue.com webmaster does adsense share process a random function ,show adsense pub-ID of the member that is the author of this post-page.(see screenshot-02-03)

If you want to take screenshots of your ID-pub-code ( if you are a member of this site) ,follows my tips same as my guide above but you must be remember 02 thing :

Follows adsense terms ,you do not refresh your page ( or your browser) to showing the pub-code , at your logged on page you will see the exact pub-code meaning of yours.But this code show ads only in a few minute follows the sharing rate set-up by webmaster for getting 50%/50%(if possible read their FaQ ,the code still all time if share 100%) this cause may be show ads pub-code of the webmaster and not of your own when your browser are slow on loading page .You could be trying to logged another time may be after an hour to see your pub-code exactly.(Google notice that was same as click fraud when user refresh the adsense ads many time -on a minute !..Refresh so many time may be get banned from Google Adsense.)
Go to articlesrevenue.com and look at right to your post page not to a list of posts-articles with title only ,(it's was your full post /article) that you are submited before. Using menu View -Page source on FireFox or Source on IE7,you could be look at the title of page source was same as title of webpage.In some case ,if you are new on using the tip try to close the windows of page source and re-open it.The pub-code appear follows ads banner and you will see only one pub-code on a full page with so many ads place.Save page as if you want to store this page source- do not make any change to this page source.-

Personnally,I’m a blogger and same as every bloggers I’ ve a blog writer for many years now,writing for a variety of publications and I’m still trying to improve with a new subject “Adsense Real”.I posted on my blog a point of view on blogging source and on the way using the internet .Every blogger can get writing better,just same as mine and no writer is perfect .

But in this time ,some blogger want to get more traffic,more visitors on site that get revenue from adsense ,a think just become same as a couple of trick but for the main reason that I quoting here : to reading this post we spend our time for get nothing on our way to read and write on the web.

What’s this trick ?

Let me share some of what I have learned and pay attention you about those website posted their tricks.

First : when we logged in a website or blog site ,anyone want to gain a new search on reading the content or something new like a tip for make money on blogging.
Second : those webmaster knowing about what’re the most subject and most content get more visiting , such as adsense tips …
Third : not new on posting ,not skills when writing this page and they added some trick link for some of subject that visitors want to reading especially.
